Welcome to Nepal Vision Treks, your trusted partner for an unforgettable holiday trip. When booking with us, we kindly ask you to read through our booking procedures carefully. Booking a trip includes certain terms and conditions for the products and services provided by Nepal Vision Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. and establishes a legal agreement between you and our company.

Booking a trip contains essential details regarding your tour and trek with Nepal Vision Treks. Please be mindful that traveling in the Himalayan region comes with its challenges. While we take every precaution for your safety, unforeseen events such as injuries, serious illnesses, or emergencies requiring helicopter rescue may occur. Additionally, there may be risks of losses or damages. In such cases, all associated costs will need to be borne by you, as outlined in our agreement. Therefore, it is crucial to thoroughly read and understand all procedures before confirming your booking with us. Your confirmation indicates your acceptance of all terms and conditions.

1. The Contract

By booking a trip with Nepal Vision Treks, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which define the relationship between you (the client) and Nepal Vision Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “The Company”). These Terms and Conditions, along with our cancellation policy and limitations of liability, form the basis of a legally binding agreement between both parties. To avoid misunderstandings or disputes, we urge you to thoroughly review this document.

The Booking Terms and Conditions outline key information regarding your trip and serve as the foundation for your legal relationship with Nepal Vision Treks. We expect all clients to read and fully understand these Terms before confirming their booking. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Important Remarks:
These Terms and Conditions apply only when booking directly with Nepal Vision Treks. If you book through a third-party agent or another provider, their Terms and Conditions will take precedence. Therefore, we kindly advise you to familiarize yourself with all relevant conditions before finalizing your booking.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once we receive your completed booking details and the deposit shown on the booking page (10%, 25% or 100% of the trip cost). Online card payments carry a 4% bank processing fee. The balance is payable on arrival in Kathmandu, before the trip starts, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits cover permits, domestic flights and hotel reservations that we commit to on your behalf and are therefore non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a future departure within two years. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are charged in full. No refunds are made for unused services once a trip has started.

4. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking, helicopter evacuation, medical treatment, trip cancellation and loss of baggage is mandatory for every participant. Proof of insurance is required before the trip begins.

5. Changes by the Company

Weather, road and flight conditions in the Himalaya can change without notice. We reserve the right to alter an itinerary, accommodation or transport where it is necessary for safety or operational reasons. Any additional cost arising from such changes (for example extra hotel nights or alternative flights) is borne by the client.

6. Responsibility

Nepal Vision Treks acts as an organiser and is not liable for loss, injury, damage, delay or irregularity caused by third-party suppliers or events beyond our control. All participants are expected to follow the instructions of their guide throughout the trip.
